The quantum field – or simply “the Field” – is an unbiased structure that underpins all reality. It does not champion good people or bad people. It simply exists in the same way gravity exists: it just is. The Field has two core attributes: expansion and balance. Based on these attributes, who might the Field lend more support in the Trump vs. The Squad controversy, which revolves around immigration and race? To find the answer, let’s first review a basic definition of the Field and its top priorities.
It’s been long known that animals have some way of tapping into the magnetic poles, aiding in their migration patterns. Migrating birds or ocean-crossing sea turtles are perhaps the best illustrations of “animal magnetic navigation”, but as a data analyst, I find the red fox to be a compelling example.
A recruiting manager has narrowed the selection process to two individuals with equal expertise: one is a pleasant person who is professional but whose authentic energy and enthusiasm are low, and the second individual has high energy and is clearly enthused about the prospect of working for the growing company and contributing to the success of the manager. Which person do you think the manager will hire? The answer is, of course, the second individual.
Read my article on StrategyDriven.com, “Stretch Goals, The Field, and Choosing the Best Path”. In this article I talk about how “stretch goals” provide the perfect opportunity to invest more time on work activities you enjoy, and why the Quantum Field will support such a focused endeavor.
Check out my latest article on Recruiter.com titled “The Quantum Reality Approach to Job Searching: Using ‘the Field’ to Land the Right Offer”. In the article I examine how raising awareness of the quantum field can help land the right job offer, specifically using an approach based on the Field’s main goal: expansion.
QUINCY, IL, May 8, 2019 – John Jay McKey is presenting “Unity at Work: Leveraging the Field for Success” on May 19th, at Unity on the North Shore in Evanston. The talk is based on his new book, Leverage the Field for Success.McKey will discuss the fundamental structure of the quantum energy field (a.k.a., the Field), or what some scientists call “quantum reality.”
Is your career off to a slow start in 2019? Would you like 2019 to be a “breakthrough” year at work? If so, would you like to have a partner supporting your plans—something you can count on to aid your success? Then consider for a moment the core goals of the “universal energy field” or simply “the Field”.
I was inspired to write my book Leveraging the Field four years ago. As I got ready for work ideas and concepts started swirling in my head around three main topics: quantum physics, corporate best practices, and my own professional experiences. But this was not a chaotic swirling: connections were being made between all three areas with such speed and clarity that my head felt as if it was light and spinning.
